My water heater is leaking, do I need a replacement or just a repair?
It depends on the age and where it's leaking from. A unit over 10 years old that's leaking from the tank itself almost always needs replacing — repairs at that stage rarely hold. Call us and describe what you're seeing, we'll tell you honestly within 60 seconds whether it's worth repairing or if replacement makes more sense.
Do you pull the permits and handle disposal of the old unit?
Yes to both. Permits are included in your quote and we handle everything with the city. Your old unit gets hauled away, you don't need to arrange anything separately.
What if I'm not sure whether I need a tank or tankless unit?
We'll run through the options with you on the call based on your household size, usage, and budget. There's no pressure, we'll recommend what actually makes sense for your home, not the most expensive option.
